Made in Poland from materials safe for health, a punching bag 80 cm high and 30 cm in diameter and weighing about 15 kg is a great choice for children and adolescents aged 5 to 14 years.

Thanks to its large size and weight, the bag will be perfect for both amateur training and the initiation of professional martial arts training.

The bag was filled with a specially prepared by our company foam granulate, which is a mixture of several types of selected foams, felt and rubber granules. This combination makes the bag perfectly filled to the brim and does not clump even after many months of intense training.

The size of the bag is 80 cm in length and 30 cm in diameter. Together with the straps and the swivel, the bag has a total length of 120 cm.
