Contact sports is a demanding group of activities, especially in the case of martial arts. Thai boxing, MMA, krav Maga, eastern martial arts - in these areas, blows are delivered not only with fists, but also with knees or just elbows. The latter are the most powerful type of strike and are extremely dangerous. One well-aimed hit can knock out the opponent. Unfortunately, it can also lead to a serious elbow injury, so it is worth wearing elbow protectors when training the appropriate technique. The elbow protector (there are also other names for this accessory: elbow band, elbow welt ) allow not only to protect the elbows against injury, but also to perform slightly less dangerous blows. In such an environment, sparring in Thai boxing or Krav Maga can run without risk, because the elbow joints of the trainees are secured, and the elbow strike is slightly less powerful and is less noticeable. However, it is worth keeping blows with bare elbows for competitions or for possible self-defense. Our offer includes elbow pads, which are made of flexible materials to fit someone's body shape. The elbow tourniquet is kept in the correct position, it does not move when delivering blows with fists or blocking, and when the competitor attacks with the elbow only. Many models of elbow pads are made of cotton with elastane. Not only the elastic band helps to keep the protector in the right position. Velcro fasteners allow you to adjust the size of the protector to the circumference of the arm. A protector would not be a protector without the appropriate protective inserts. They are made of foam of a certain thickness, which protects the elbow joint of the player, and also slightly reduces the potential of his blow, so that the opponent does not suffer too serious injuries during training. These really murderous hits will prove themselves during self-defense, as well as during competitions.
