WHAT IS A GIFT CARD?

The Gift Card is a virtual pre-paid card, equivalent to cash, issued to the bearer, enabling the purchase of goods in the online store www.fightershop.com.pl .

The Fightershop Gift Card is the perfect gift for any occasion! It will work well both during holidays and when looking for a universal gift for a loved one, for example on a birthday or name day.

Available card denominations:

50, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 500, 1000 (PLN)

FIGHTERSHOP GIFT CARDS REGULATIONS:

The card is a type of prepaid electronic payment method.

The Virtual Card is delivered electronically in the form of a PDF file to the e-mail address provided by the ordering party.

The card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase or until the funds available on it are exhausted.

The one-time discount code on the gift card can only be used in the online store www.Fightershop.com.pl .

In order to use the Gift Card in the Online Store, when placing an order using the order form, in the "Discount Coupon" field, provide the unique identification code provided on the Gift Card and confirm its entry by clicking the action field available next to this field - after confirmation, the purchase value will be reduced by the value of the Gift Card.

The amount of the gift should include the cost of shipping the selected products

The Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash (in whole or in part).

Goods purchased using the Gift Card are not returnable, but exchangeable.

After the expiry date of the Gift Card, it becomes invalid and does not authorize you to make further purchases in the Fightershop.com.pl store. Unused funds on the Gift Card are non-refundable.

The Customer has the right to redeem the Gift Card in the case of a Sales Agreement whose value exceeds its nominal value, provided that in such a case the Customer is obliged to pay the remaining part of the price using the payment methods available in a given Store. In the case of a Sales Agreement whose value is less than the nominal value recorded on the Gift Card, the Customer is not entitled to receive funds constituting the difference between the value of the Sales Agreement and the value recorded on the Gift Card.

The issuance of a Gift Card does not constitute a sale subject to value added tax (VAT) within the meaning of applicable tax law. At the Customer's request, the Gift Card may be accompanied by a KP document (the cash register accepted it) or a balance. The sales document is issued when the Products are purchased using a Gift Card.

In matters not regulated in these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of Polish law shall apply.
