Boxing wraps (bandages, tapes) are recommended for every martial arts competitor, regardless of experience or discipline. Used under gloves , they provide excellent stiffening of wrists and hands, preventing injuries. Cotton wraps absorb moisture, making the use of gloves more hygienic and comfortable.
