AAKGMEGA HARDCORE is a unique composition of a highly bioavailable form of L-arginine - alpha-ketoglutarate (AAKG) and L-citrulline malate. AAKG MEGA HARDCORE supplements the diet with valuable amino acids in a form conjugated with intermediate metabolites of the Krebs cycle, which increases their absorption and stability.

The recommended portion of the product for consumption during the day is 8 capsules.

AAKG MEGA HARDCORE DOSAGE
Take a single serving of the preparation - 4 capsules - with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings a day.

On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving immediately after training.

On non-training days: 1st serving 30 min. before the first meal, second serving before bedtime.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
